Located at 348B Limpsfield Road, CR29BX we're proud to offer a diverse range of classes and amenities to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We've been in the fight game for a long time, building a community rather than just a gym. We support all our members and teammates, celebrating each other's successes and always striving for the best for one another.
Our extensive experience has allowed us to test and refine techniques that work in real-life situations. By limiting our classes to under ten people, we ensure personalized attention, helping each member progress. Our close-knit team approach means we are hands-on, identifying areas where you may struggle or excel, and providing the necessary support for your growth.

Shoot boxing is considered one of the most practical self-defence martial arts and, in our opinion, provides the strongest foundation for MMA. Striking is only effective if you can stay on your feet, and ground fighting is only useful if you can take the fight to the ground. Chute boxing bridges the gap between these disciplines.
